Summer Guidelines

At WeFixCar, the well-being of our technicians is a top priority, especially during the intense summer months. We ensure our staff wear breathable uniforms suitable for high temperatures, stay hydrated throughout the day, and take regular breaks in shaded areas. Sun protection, including caps and sunscreen, is provided when needed, and outdoor tasks are scheduled during cooler hours whenever possible. Our team is also trained to identify and report early signs of heat stress to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
